A visit to Custom Art Framing/Gallery

My two girls are quite comfortable at Gallery9 since I'm always bringing them with me to stop in for various Gallery Director-related reasons. Recently my youngest, Pippa, enjoyed some time with Julie and her dogs.  

Initially I think Pippa was a bit tense. Looks as though Dave was, too. 

This photo cracks me up. You can just see in Pippa's smile that she's still a bit scared. 

They are officially warming up to each other, and all are friends in the end.

Dave

For those of you who don't know Dave, here he is in all his glory.



Meet Dave, the Gallery 9 mascot and general watch dog of the shop. A 6 year old, 12 pound Italian Greyhound rescued from the Italian Greyhound Rescue by Gallery 9 owner Julie, who happens to be my sister, so Dave is my nephew? Yeah, I'll go with that.

It's tough to be sleeping all day and then have to work as a model. Just ask him, he will most likely yawn at you and act unaffected by your attention.

I saved my two favorite photos for last....mmmmm just like ice cream!

And if I do say so myself, I totally captured the true Dave in this picture...

Someone had a birthday!

The multi-talented owner/operator of Custom Art Framing and Gallery 9, Julie Vecchio, celebrated a birthday yesterday! Hurray for Julie! Happy Happy!

Those who read this blog know that my photos can be of a singular focus (and I do apologize for that.) But, with that being said, I had to post this picture of Julie and Lucy.

I spend a lot of time with these two girls, and they make my days just fabulous!
