Upcoming events

Today is a planning day for Gallery 9. We have a lot to look forward to as October winds down.

The next two months are going to be busy (as we all know they always are.)

For your scheduling convenience, here is a breakdown of events:

November 7: First Friday art opening with Nancy MacCallum, 5-7pm in the gallery

November 14-15: Opening Reception of our Small Works show, on display through December.

November 21: Live Painting with Cindy Kerr, 3-5pm in the gallery

November 28: "Frantic Friday" official start of the shopping season (more info to come)

December 5: First Friday art opening with Ann Gorbett, 5-7pm in the gallery

December 19: Live painting with Kim Morin Weineck

December 24: Christmas Eve, gallery closing early

Yikes! Only 9 weeks until Christmas. And 2009 is nearly here. Wow, time flies by.

Second Chance framing event

Last Friday was busy at the shop. We hosted an event for artists to take advantage of some special framing options.

The turnout was great. We had a lot of fun while working hard. Here JoAnn enjoys a small rest amidst all the activity. (Notice the frames she's safeguarding.)The event was a lovely success. Many thanks to the support of our wonderful customers.
