I took some pictures at Sue and Steve's art opening tonight. It was a packed house! Here is a picture of Sue and Steve early in the evening. Soon after, there was no room to pose! What a talented, awesome couple!



The piece I wanted to buy was sold within minutes of me turning my back to it! It's the top painting in the picture below by Sue.

After over 30 years in the Type business, Sue and Steve decided to expand beyond the computer screens and technical world of font design and return to painting and drawing. While still in the discovery stages of her pursuit, Sue finds painting to be an escape, a chance to relax and let go. Steve is thoroughly enjoying the tactile pleasures of pencil on paper and paintbrush on panel.
