Small works

With the holidays around the corner--heck, Saturday is November(!)--I wanted to post some further information for you about our Small Works Show at the Gallery which will be held for the months of November and December.

We at Custom Art Framing and Gallery9 want to give our customers a low-stress option for your holiday shopping. We're happy to bring you the best from our gallery artists in a smaller scale, perfect for gift-giving.

Have you given art as a gift before? It's a great option when the malls all have the same-old same-old. You can give someone a comfy landscape (a marsh scene for cousins who moved away from the area) or a recipient-specific still life (a painting of a wrapped peppermint candy for your sweetie.) It's the perfect alternative to buying your mother-in-law a toaster.

You'll find excellent quality, selection, and (it's important to say it) prices at our Small Works Show. Opening reception Friday, November 14th from 5-7pm and Saturday, November 15th from 11-3. Work will be on display in the gallery through the remainder of the year.

This cedar tree pastel is a preview of some of the pieces I've been working on. Having spoken to a few our our in-house artists, I know they are busy creating so I know you'll have a great selection.

Be sure to stop in!
